The Tommy Bohanon Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young athletes in reaching their highest potential on and off the playing field. Its programs and community outreach events have helped hundreds of kids in Southwest Florida. With the support of people like you, the foundation has given back to the youth through scholarships, sports equipment grants, community projects and donations for worthy causes that positively impact the young members of our region.
Supporting the Community that Supported Us
Tommy Bohanon, a former NFL player, and his wife Katie founded The Tommy Bohanon Foundation in 2017. Being from Southwest Florida, we know the opportunities that are available to young athletes wanting to be the best. However, we also recognize the obstacles that youth in this area often face that prevent them from reaching their potential. Through Foundation, we aim to foster positive change in local youth athletes by empowering them through sports, education, mentorship, and community engagement. We strive to break barriers, unlock potential, and inspire future leaders. We believe in providing opportunities that inspire growth, resilience, and a brighter future for the youth of our community.

Tommy Bohanon Foundation
NFL Fullback Tommy Bohanon and his wife Katie founded The Tommy Bohanon Foundation in 2017. Since then, over $1,000,000 has been gifted back into the Southwest Florida Community through scholarships, sports equipment grants, community projects and donations for worthy causes that positively impact the members of this beautiful community. We surpassed our 5 year goal in ways we didn’t think were possible!
