BENEFITS OF BEING A COACH/MENTOR OR VOLUNTEER STAFF

Volunteering with the Tommy Bohanon Foundation enables adults and high school students the opportunity to work with young athletes in our community. By providing an unforgettable experience, volunteers will have an opportunity to show Lee County’s youth the importance of sharing their positivity with those around them.

High school students can volunteer as “JR. Coaches” if they are currently a part of their high school’s football team. Students may also volunteer in operational areas of the camp if they are not members of their high school football team. They will receive community service hours and build a relationship with the Tommy Bohanon Foundation for future opportunities.

Participating Mentors/Volunteer Information

  • Complete the application (Form below)
  • Submit the application
  • Once approved, every applicant over 18 years of age will be required to complete a background check through the Lee County School Board (will provide information for this)
  • Once the background check has been completed and approved, we will contact you to be a part of our team!
